From the app (fastest)
Open FamTrip3 and go to Settings → Delete account. The app shows exactly what will be deleted and what stays with your family, and deletes everything right away.
Without the app
Send an email to soporte@aalatechnologies.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days.

A parent or guardian can ask us the same way to delete a kid account they manage.
What gets deleted
- Your account, your name, email, password and profile photo.
- Your location, your location history and your trips.
- Your plans and their comments, your chats with Fam AI and what it learned about you.
- Circles where you are the only member.
What stays with your family
- Circles you created are handed to a parent in the circle, or another adult, so your family keeps them. A circle with no other adult is deleted.
- Places you saved in those circles stay there.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google: deleting your account doesn’t cancel them. Cancel in your phone’s subscription settings. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
