One switch turns sharing on or off for every circle. When it’s off, your family stops seeing you right away — not minutes later.
Go private in one circle
Stay visible to your family and go private in your carpool circle, or the other way around. The circle sees that you’re private; it never sees a fake location.
Location history, separately
Turn off Location history and FamTrip3 stops saving your trips, while your family can still see where you are now.
Kids’ switches are managed by their parents
These switches are for adults. A kid can’t turn off sharing or trip history, or go private, from the app: their parents manage that. Learn more about adults and kids in FamTrip3.
What Fam AI remembers
Settings → What Fam AI knows lists everything Fam AI has learned about your family. Delete any item, or all of them.
Delete everything
Delete your account from Settings and your data goes with it: your location, your trips, your plans and your chats. Circles you created are handed to a parent in the circle, or another adult, so your family keeps them. A circle with no other adult is deleted.
