These terms are an agreement between you and Alexander Abreu and Lissette Angomas Technologies LLC, doing business as AALA Technologies™, a Wyoming limited liability company, about using FamTrip3. By creating an account or using FamTrip3 you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

Sharing location

Only share your location with people who agreed to it, and only invite people to a circle who want to be in it. Don’t use FamTrip3 to track anyone without their knowledge. You can stop sharing at any time.

Plans and Fam AI

Plans and suggestions are made with artificial intelligence and public information about places. We check that places exist, but prices, hours, weather and traffic can change. Always confirm what matters before you go.

Driving

Don’t use your phone while driving. Directions, speed limits and traffic are estimates: follow road signs, traffic laws and your own judgment. FamTrip3 is not an emergency service.

Earthquake, weather and other alerts

Earthquake alerts come from the U.S. Geological Survey and reach you after an earthquake, usually within minutes. FamTrip3 can’t predict earthquakes and doesn’t warn you before the shaking starts; it isn’t an early-warning system. Weather alerts come from the National Weather Service and Apple Weather, and low-battery and arrival alerts depend on each phone’s connection. Any alert can arrive late or not at all. Follow your government’s official alerts and local officials, and call 911 in an emergency.

Content and conduct: zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything that harasses, threatens, bullies or hates; that is sexual, violent or illegal; or that exposes someone’s private information. This applies to comments, pinned notes, names, photos, plans and anything else other people can see. We filter content automatically, and anyone can report content or block a person from the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the accounts responsible.

Families and kid accounts

FamTrip3 is for the whole family, with no age limit. Kid accounts have limits that the adults of each circle set. Children under 13 may use FamTrip3 only through a family circle managed by a parent or guardian, who invites and approves them and accepts these terms on their behalf. When you let someone into a circle as a kid, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and give the permission described in the Parents’ Notice. Adults are responsible for the kid accounts they approve.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend accounts used to harm, harass or track others without consent.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID or your Google Play account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your phone’s subscription settings.

Limitation of liability

FamTrip3 is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damages, or for decisions made based on locations, routes or plans shown in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the state where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we’ll tell you in the app.
