Parents’ Notice

When you let someone into your family circle as a kid, you give permission as their parent or legal guardian. This notice explains what FamTrip3 collects about that child, who can see it, and what you control. Alexander Abreu and Lissette Angomas Technologies LLC, doing business as AALA Technologies™, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”) runs FamTrip3.

What we collect about the child

  • Account: the name, email and optional profile photo used to create their account.
  • Location: their precise location while sharing is on, also when the app is closed, with speed and battery level, and a history of their trips.
  • Places: when they arrive at or leave places the circle saves, like Home or School.
  • What they write: comments and notes they post in the circle, and their conversations with Fam AI if they use it.

Who can see it

Only the adults in the circle, and other kids only if the parents allow it. Nobody outside the circle. We don’t sell the child’s data and we don’t show ads.

Who processes it for us

To run the app, service providers handle some of this data on our behalf: OpenAI (Fam AI and screening what is posted), Google and Mapbox (places and maps), and our hosting provider. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.

What you control

  • The child can’t go private, turn sharing off, block a parent or leave the circle on their own. The organizer and the parents manage that.
  • You can remove the child from the circle at any time.
  • Their location history is deleted automatically after the days of your plan (2, 30 or 90).
  • You can ask us to see or delete the child’s data, or delete their account, at any time: email us at legal@aalatechnologies.com. You can also delete the account from the app in Settings.

Children under 13

Children under 13 may use FamTrip3 only through a family circle managed by a parent or guardian, who invites and approves them and gives this permission on their behalf. If you didn’t give permission and believe a child under 13 is using FamTrip3, email us at legal@aalatechnologies.com and we will delete their account.
